Who
we are

We didn't build Response Ready Fitness to be just another gym; we built it to be a solution. Coach Rich and Coach Timber are active first responders right here on Long Island, and we’ve spent our careers seeing exactly what the job demands—and what it takes from you.

Timber brings the perspective of a Paramedic who knows that "staying in shape" is about more than just aesthetics—it’s about being an asset to your partner and your community when the tones go out. Rich brings the grit and tactical expertise of a Law Enforcement Officer, understanding the explosive power and mental discipline required to stay safe on the line.

Why We Started RRF We saw a massive gap in the fitness industry. Most programs are designed for people with consistent schedules and perfect recovery. They don’t account for the sleepless nights, the high-stress calls, or the physical wear and tear that comes with the uniform. We started this mission because we believe the people who protect our community deserve a training system that is as dedicated as they are.

Why We Care To us, you aren’t just a "client"—you’re a member of the roster. When one person on this team gets stronger, the whole community becomes safer. We care because we’ve been in your boots. We know the toll this career takes on the body, the mind, and the family.

Our goal is to ensure you don't just survive your career, but that you thrive through it—and have the health and strength to enjoy your life long after you’ve signed off for the last time.
